BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a utility easement to Brixmor Holdings 12 SPE, LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 859 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a commercial building. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
