BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a sanitary sewer easement to R.G. Colling, LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 6,551 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner for a warehouse development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
