BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a water easement to Urban Smart Growth LP, the abutting owner, containing approximately 5,094 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a mixed-use development, The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
