BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of two alley sight easements to SCP/Ol Good Latimer OZ Owner, LLC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 224 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development.  The cost for this abandonment is based on fee requirements pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.

 

Notices were sent to 10 property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed abandonment area.  There were no responses received in opposition to this request.
