BACKGROUND

 

Plaintiff Roman Aguilar, along with his passengers Seth Aguilar and Raymond Aguilar, Individually and as Next Friend to J.A., a minor, filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on October 24, 2020, involving a Dallas City Marshal employee operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Roman Aguilar have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by TUCKER LAW CENTER, PLLC.

 

PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)

 

A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on September 8, 2023.
