BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of a storm water drainage facilities easement to SRCP-RC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 1,151 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct classrooms, administration space and gym to St. Rita Catholic School campus. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
