Authorize adoption of the 2025 City Calendar - Financing: No cost consideration to the City

BACKGROUND

 

Resolution No. 89-3796 requires the City Council to adopt an annual calendar. Resolution No. 90-2673 establishes the annual July recess.

 

The City Calendar includes all City Council briefing and agenda meetings, budget briefings and workshops, Council Committee meetings, and City holidays. The City Calendar is available on the City’s website at dallas.gov/calendar and is made available in the Mayor and City Council Office to all residents who request copies. The City Calendar is also available for download and synching into calendar software on computers or mobile devices via a link on the City’s website.

The Government Performance and Financial Management committee was briefed regarding this matter on September 23, 2024.

 

The City Council will be briefed on the “2025 City Calendar” on October 2, 2024.
