BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a water easement to St. Mark's School of Texas, the abutting owner, containing approximately 4,744 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a new athletic center. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
