BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of Pearl Expressway to 1100 Pearl Street Inc. and FM Futsal, Inc., the abutting owners, containing approximately 216 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting property owners to properly realign the property lines. The cost for this abandonment fee is based on Dallas Central Appraisal District values.
Notices were sent to three property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed abandonment area. There were no responses received in opposition to this request.
