BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Lue Kate Walton filed a lawsuit against Justin Lee Wilson and the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on March 16, 2022, involving a Dallas Water Utilities employee operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Plaintiff have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Imran Akhtar and Thomas J. Henry Law, PC.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
A confidential memorandum regarding this matter will be provided to the City Council on Friday, December 5, 2025.
