Body
BACKGROUND

This service contract will be used for the design, fabrication and installation of a building for restrooms, concessions and storage at Reverchon Park located at 3505 Maple Avenue. This project will enhance the comfort of and services to the ballpark attendees and provide critical storage space for maintenance crews and teams.

The field was recently rebuilt, and the grandstand was recently restored. New lighting, new scoreboard and new dugouts were also added recently.

The prefabricated building will be approximately 40 feet by 22 feet in size. There will be a restroom sized to accommodate the estimated 350-375-person maximum capacity of the grandstand and grounds.
