BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a storm sewer easement to 700 N. Crawford St. LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 1,013 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
