BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a drainage easement to Low Ervay, LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 1,367 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multi-family development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required
