BACKGROUND

 

This item, on behalf of Dallas Water Utilities Department, authorizes the conveyance of a temporary construction easement containing approximately 10,000 square feet of land to North Texas Municipal Water District for the construction and maintenance of the existing wastewater facilities over and across City-owned land located at Lake Ray Hubbard. This easement is needed for the Lake Ray Hubbard Lakeside Wastewater Improvement Project.
