BACKGROUND

 

Plaintiff Rosa Nataly Martinez filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas, seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in a motor vehicle accident on April 7, 2023, involving a Dallas Police Department officer operating a city-owned vehicle. The City and Ms. Martinez have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Ms. Martinez is represented by John R. Salazar, P.C.
