BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the acquisition of a wastewater easement from Irving Azoff, Co Trustee of the Red Oak Trust, of approximately 2,706 square feet of land located near the intersection of Turtle Creek Boulevard and Market Center Boulevard for the Lower Eastbank Interceptor Project. This property will be used for the construction of a 104-inch diameter wastewater main and two 72-inch diameter wastewater mains. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation costs associated.
