BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition of a wastewater easement from Dallas Heights Associates, LLC, of approximately 11,837 square feet of land located near the intersection of Riverfront Boulevard and Woodall Rodgers Freeway for the Lower Eastbank Interceptor Project. This property will be used for the construction of a 104-inch diameter wastewater main and two 72-inch diameter wastewater mains. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation costs associated.
