Authorize a professional services contract with Crenshaw Consulting Group, LLC for programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiations, and construction administration phases for renovations to address water infiltration at Anita Martinez Recreation Center located at 3212 North Winnetka Avenue - Not to exceed $73,500.00 - Financing: Park and Recreation Facilities (B) Fund (2017 Bond Funds)

BACKGROUND
On May 3, 2018, a Request for Qualifications was issued for Consultant Services for Roof Replacement and Repairs at the Fair Park Automobile Building and various other Fair Park and Park and Recreation Department buildings.
On June 1, 2018, five firms submitted Statements of Qualifications. On July 13, 2018, a selection panel evaluated the five proposals and Crenshaw Consulting Group, LLC was selected as the most qualified firm for the Anita Martinez Recreation Center roof assessment and repairs.
This professional services contract will include an investigation of the sources of water infiltration and the design through construction administration phases for renovations to correct the issues. The 2017 Bond Program included funding for this project.

On August 15, 2019, the Park and Recreation Board authorized a professional services contract with Crenshaw Consulting Group, LLC for programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiations, and construction administration phases for renovations to address water infiltration at Anita Martinez Recreation Center located at 3212 North Winnetka Avenue.
