BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of a plumber easement, sanitary sewer easement and DC meter easement to Valk Properties One, LLC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 8,597 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a retail building. The owner will dedicate a total of approximately 7,336 square feet of land needed for a street easement. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore no appraisal is required.
