BACKGROUND

 

On June 12, 2019, City Council authorized a contract with Big Sky Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of the Phase 2 Aquatic Facilities Project at Bahama Beach Waterpark Expansion located at 1895 Campfire Circle, Exline Neighborhood Aquatic Center located at 2430 Eugene Street, and Harry Stone Neighborhood Aquatic Center located at 2403 Millmar Drive, in an amount not to exceed $14,580,000.00, by Resolution No. 19-0904.

 

This action will authorize a professional services contract with TSIT Engineering & Consulting, LLC for construction materials testing services for the three Phase 2 Aquatic Facilities located at Exline Neighborhood Aquatic Center in the amount of $61,732.50; Harry Stone Neighborhood Aquatic Center in the amount of $58,870.00; and Bahama Beach Waterpark in the amount of $71,042.50.

On May 16, 2019, the Park and Recreation Board authorized a construction contract with Big Sky Construction Co., Inc.

 

On June 12, 2019, City Council authorized a contract with Big Sky Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of the Phase 2 Aquatic Facilities Project at Bahama Beach Waterpark Expansion located at 1895 Campfire Circle, Exline Neighborhood Aquatic Center located at 2430 Eugene Street, and Harry Stone Neighborhood Aquatic Center located at 2403 Millmar Drive by Resolution No. 19-0904.

 

On September 19, 2019, the Park and Recreation Board authorized a professional services contract with TSIT Engineering & Consulting, LLC for engineering inspection and testing services for the Phase 2 Aquatic Facilities Projects.
