BACKGROUND
On June 27, 2018, City Council authorized a sixteen-month contract, with two one-year renewal options, with METCO Engineering, Inc., through a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Dallas County, to provide job order contracting services for facility projects through November 7, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $4,000,000.00, by Resolution No. 18-0995.
This action will authorize the first of two, one-year renewal options to the contract with METCO Engineering, Inc. through a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Dallas County, to provide job order contracting services for facility projects through November 7, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00, increasing the contract amount from $4,000,000.00 to $6,000,000.00. Projects will be funded on an as-needed basis, up to this limit.
