BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the amendment of Ordinance No. 31016, previously approved on October 24, 2018, which abandoned a portion of Blanco Drive, located near the intersection of Bonnie View and Wintergreen Roads to C5LC at Bonnie View, LLC. This amendment will allow for the extension of the final replat from one year to 18 months.

 

PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)

 

On October 24, 2018, City Council authorized the abandonment of a portion of Blanco Drive to C5LC at Bonnie View, LLC the abutting owner, containing approximately 54,106 square feet of land, located near the intersection of Bonnie View and Wintergreen Roads; and authorizing the quitclaim; and providing for the dedication of approximately 401,828 square feet of land needed for street right-of-way by Resolution No. 18-1502; Ordinance No. 31016.
