BACKGROUND

 

On August 28, 2019, City Council held a public hearing and approved an application for an LI Light Industrial District with deed restrictions volunteered by the applicant on property zoned an A(A) Agricultural District with the ordinance and deed restrictions to return on a future Council date.

 

The purpose of this request is to allow for the development of warehouse uses. The volunteered deed restrictions would limit the allowed uses.

 

On July 11, 2019, the City Plan Commission recommended approval, subject to deed restrictions volunteered by the applicant.

On July 11, 2019, the City Plan Commission recommended approval, subject to deed restrictions volunteered by the applicant.

 

On August 28, 2019, City Council held a public hearing and approved an application for an LI Light Industrial District with deed restrictions volunteered by the applicant on property zoned an A(A) Agricultural District with the ordinance and deed restrictions to return on a future Council date by Resolution No. 19-1297.
