BACKGROUND
Supplemental Agreement No. 5 with Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C., will provide additional legal services necessary to represent former City of Dallas employee Amy Wilburn, in the lawsuit styled Kelvion Walker v. Amy Wilburn, Civil Action No. 3:13-CV-04896-D.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
City Council was briefed in Closed Session on September 17, 2014.
On September 24, 2014, City Council authorized Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the professional services contract with Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C., for additional legal services necessary to represent former City of Dallas employee Amy Wilburn by Resolution No. 14-1593.
City Council was briefed in Closed Session on October 28, 2015.
On October 28, 2015, City Council authorized Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the professional services contract with Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C., for additional legal services necessary to represent former City of Dallas employee Amy Wilburn by Resolution No. 15-2008.
