BACKGROUND
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Steinsberger Tight Gas Consulting will provide additional consulting services as an expert in the oil and gas industry in connection with the case styled Trinity East Energy, LLC v. City of Dallas, Texas, Cause No. DC-14-01443.
