BACKGROUND
This item grants a revocable license to La Tarte Tropezienne USA LLC, for the use of approximately 224 square feet of land to install, maintain and utilize a sidewalk café and ten planter boxes on Main Street right-of-way near Ervay Street intersection. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of license is for nine years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
