A public hearing to receive comments regarding a City Plan Commission authorized hearing to determine the proper zoning on property zoned an IR Industrial Research District and Planned Development District No. 891, in an area generally bounded by Topeka Avenue, and Parvia Avenue on the west, Singleton Boulevard on the north, both sides of Amonette Street on the east, and Union Pacific Railroad on the south and Bedford Avenue with consideration given to and an ordinance granting the incorporation of the property in the IR District into Planned Development District No. 891
