BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of Doric Street to Future Foam, Inc., the abutting owner, containing approximately 2,177 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to allow for a replat requirement needed on the existing land. The abandonment fee is based on Dallas Central Appraisal District values, therefore, no appraisal is required.
Notices were sent to 8 property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed abandonment area. There were no responses received in opposition to this request.
