BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the conveyance of an easement containing a total of approximately 2,909 square feet of land to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC for the construction, maintenance and use of power lines and electric transformer facilities across City-owned land located near the intersection of Walnut Hill Lane and Mixon Drive. This easement will provide electrical power to the new Walnut Hill Pump Station.
