BACKGROUND

Alclear, LLC currently operates a biometric identity verification kiosk system for secure expedited passenger checkpoint access at the Airport under a three-year license agreement with two one-year renewal options effective July 1, 2018. As a result of its growth at the Airport, Alclear now desires to expand its system by adding four additional enrollment kiosks and an additional administrative office-an expansion of 213 square feet. This expansion of Alclear’s services and operations at the Airport will enhance the efficiency of the Airport’s security checkpoint for the traveling public.
