BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Caleb Jolley filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in an automobile collision on November 5, 2018, involving a Dallas Police Department vehicle. The City and Mr. Jolley have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by Sommerman, McCaffity, Quesada, & Geisler, L.L.P.
