BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a fire lane easement to The Cambridge School of Dallas, the abutting owner, containing approximately 7,647 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a private preparatory school. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
