BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the conveyance of an easement and right-of-way for a tract of land containing approximately 990 square feet to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC for the construction, maintenance and use of power lines and electric transformer facilities across City-owned land located near the intersection of Great Trinity Forest Way and Pemberton Hill Road. This easement will provide electrical power to the Trinity Forest Golf Club.
