BACKGROUND
The Request for Qualifications (CIZ1728) was issued on August 27, 2018 for the 2018 Construction Material Testing Services. The consulting firm, Rone Engineering Services, Ltd. was selected following a qualifications-based selection process in accordance with the City of Dallas procurement guidelines.
This action will authorize a professional services contract with Rone Engineering Services, Ltd. for the construction material testing services for construction of Street Reconstruction Groups 17-1207, 17-6001 and Street Reconstruction Package B. These testing services are required to assure that the material utilized during construction is in conformance with the quality required by the project specifications.
