BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition of a drainage easement from MMCW Properties, LLC, of approximately 15,211 square feet of land located near the intersection of Dolphin Road and Beall Street for the Street Group 12-630 Project. This property will be used for improvements related to street reconstruction in the area. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation benefits associated.
