BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to Agape Brethren Assembly, for the use of approximately 3,955 square feet of land to maintain, occupy and utilize landscaping with an irrigation system on a portion of Wind Mill Lane right-of-way, near its intersection with Mapleshade Lane. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
