BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of a utility easement, wastewater easement and avigation easement to OH Maplewood, LP, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 45,026 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner for mixed-use development. The owner will dedicate a total of approximately 9,925 square feet of land needed for sidewalk easements. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
