BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the conveyance of an access easement containing approximately 466 square feet to Maja McFaul, abutting owner for the construction, maintenance and use of a driveway across City-owned park land located near the intersection of Abrams Road and Glasgow Drive. This easement is based on an independent appraisal.
The property will return to the tax rolls upon conveyance.
