BACKGROUND
This item authorizes a twenty-year license agreement with Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC for the non-exclusive use of approximately 1,615 square feet of land located near the intersection of Live Oak and North Pearl Streets. The license will allow Oncor to relocate their utility lines due to the redevelopment of John W. Carpenter Park.
The license agreement will begin August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2040.
