Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) has an existing 78 to 90-inch diameter wastewater interceptor that runs north and south between Woodall Rodgers Freeway and Stemmons Freeway, generally east of Dragon Street and along Market Center Boulevard. The existing interceptor was built in the 1940's and has been determined by internal assessments to be in very poor condition.
