BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from Audrey Lou Bradley and Dorothy Lee Bradley, of approximately 11,266 square feet of land improved with a single-family dwelling located near the intersection of Buick and Morrell Avenues for the Cadillac Heights Phase II Project. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. Relocation benefits are estimated to be $85,000.00.
