BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from Vince Ortez, of approximately 7,400 square feet of land located near the intersection of LaSalle and Cadillac Drives for the Cadillac Heights Phase II Project. There are no relocation benefits associated. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal.
