BACKGROUND

 

This item authorizes the acquisition from Juan Coronado of approximately 5,668 square feet of land improved with a single-family uninhabitable structure located near the intersection of Gloyd and Nolen Streets for the Cadillac Heights Phase II Project. This property will be used for future location of City service and maintenance facilities. There are no relocation benefits associated. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal.
