BACKGROUND
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 will authorize the Law Office of Mark E. Goldstucker to provide additional legal services to represent former Dallas Police Officer Christopher Hess, and will add the representation of Dallas Police Officer Jason Kimpel to this contract in the lawsuit styled Mary Dawes, et al. v. City of Dallas, et al.; Civil Action No. 3:17-CV-1424-X-BK.
Administrative Action No. 20-5439, relating to the representation of Dallas Police Officer Jason Kimpel will be closed and included in this Supplemental Agreement No. 1.
The initial Civil Action No. 3:17-CV-1424-D has been updated to 3:17-CV-1424-X-BK.
