BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to South Haven Residential Community, Inc., for the use of approximately 685 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize a subdivision sign and landscaping with irrigation system on a portion of North Lake Road right-of-way near its intersection with Belt Line Road. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty (40) years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
