BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, for the use of approximately 1,945 square feet of subsurface land to occupy, maintain and utilize subsurface duct bank under a portion of Harry Hines Boulevard right-of-way near its intersection with Plantation Road. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is 40 years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
