BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the conveyance of a drainage easement containing approximately 4,166 square feet of land to the City of Rowlett for the construction, maintenance and use of drainage facilities across City-owned land at Lake Ray Hubbard. This property will be used for the Canterbury Cove addition in the City of Rowlett. This easement is based on DCAD value.
