An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 25254, previously approved on May 14, 2003 by: (1) altering Section 3; (2) altering Section 4; (3) adding new subsections 7(e), 7(f), 7(g) and 7(h); and (4) adding a new Exhibit A Tract-2, which licensed portions of Elm and Harwood Streets rights-of-way for the use of a total of approximately 315 square feet to install, maintain and utilize an existing glass entry surround, sidewalk caf? with railing, a blade sign with premise and two wall signs with premise near its intersection with Harwood Street to Kevin Kristian 2612, LLC - Revenue: General Fund $4,200.00 annually, plus the $20.00 ordinance publication fee

BACKGROUND
This item authorizes amending Ordinance No. 25254, previously approved on May 14, 2003 by: (1) altering Section 3; (2) altering Section 4; (3) adding new subsections 7(e), 7(f), 7(g) and 7(h); and (4) adding a new Exhibit A Tract-2, which licensed portions of Elm and Harwood Streets rights-of-way for the use of a total of approximately 315 square feet to install, maintain and utilize an existing glass entry surround, sidewalk caf? with railing, a blade sign with premise and two wall signs with premise near its intersection with Harwood Street to Kevin Kristian 2612, LLC. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. This license has a remaining term of 23 years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
