BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a wastewater easement to the City of Dallas, the abutting owner containing approximately 9,085 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner for additions to Bachman Regional Aquatic Center. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
