BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to Skybridge Homes, LLC, for the use of a total of approximately 581 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize four trees on a portion of Henderson Avenue right-of-way near its intersection with Columbia Avenue. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
